Accountabilities
- Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Assist in the creation of presentations by compiling data and finalizing materials.
- Coordinate onboarding for new sales members, ensuring readiness on day one.
- Act as a liaison for regional sales teams and internal partners.
- Maintain and manage schedules for meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Support monthly reporting on sales snapshots and market updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
Requirements
- Work authorization to operate in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Availability to work in the Mountain Time Zone.
- Experience managing confidential information.
- Strong communication skills across functions and levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Highly organized with prioritization skills under time pressure.
