What are your responsibilities?
- You actively search for promising content creators in Spain, approach them, and bring them to Speekly.
- Creator Approvals: you review the application videos of new creators and approve them according to our internal quality standards. If necessary, you will provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- You will be responsible for onboarding creators to our platform by ensuring that they present themselves to brands in the best possible way.
- You will support creators and solve problems in a friendly, quick and uncomplicated manner.
- You will create educational content for creators.
- Communication: You will build a community and thus a good relationship with the creators. You collect feedback and use it to identify new potential and optimizations.
We are a start-up, which means that there are always plenty of opportunities to let off steam, try new things and think outside the box. However, it also means that not all of your tasks are predictable at this stage and fit into a specific category. Let us know what you think ;)
What do you bring to the table?
The following points are really important to us – no bullshit – not just ‘nice-to-haves’:
- You are fluent in Spanish.
- You use social media every day and are at home on TikTok and Instagram. Screen time of over 3 hours? You'll feel right at home with us.
- You can shoot and edit videos, for example with Capcut.
- You are communicative, sociable and well organized.
- A fast pace in your daily work is no problem for you. You are keen to learn how we approach new markets as a start-up and are willing to do whatever it takes.
