Job Role: Zuora CPQ Lead
Job Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai
Job Summary
Salesforce Zuora CPQ platform savvy professional who understands technology. The right candidate has to be technically strong, methodical and must possess 7+ years of experience for large enterprises in a global delivery model
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Should have done work around setting products and prices in Zuora CPQ
- Should have experience around New Sale, Amendments and Renewals with Zuora CPQ
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Salesforce LWC, Apex development & App exchange product development work
- Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands on experience in Omnichannel, Email to case, Process flows.
- Experience in JavaScript Programming, HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API knowledge is a must, MuleSoft knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Perform Unit testing and support other test cycles.
- Salesforce developer use Salesforce Lightning, Apex and related tools in day-to-day tasks.
- Developing the code should be in accordance with the specifications and standards of development.
- Ongoing documentation throughout the development also forms a major role of the individual
Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point
Mandatory Skills
- Oppty Management, Account Management, CPQ Domain Knowledge (CPQ Lifecycle, Products, pricing, Approvals, Renewals, Dealdesk) – Mandatory to have.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Salesforce and Zuora CPQ Integration
- 5+ Years of experiences for large organizations,
- First-hand experience as technical person
- Ability to work with multiple teams: Business stakeholders, IT and marketing teams, design agencies, development teams, testers etc.
