Job Title: Senior Salesforce CPQ Administrator / Senior Developer
Location: Bengaluru
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)

Position Summary
The Senior Salesforce CPQ Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ to support sales operations, quoting, and pricing processes. With 7+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in CPQ and QCP, the role ensures smooth functioning of product catalogs, pricing rules, and quoting workflows aligned with business requirements.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Offshore Manager, Tech Lead, and the Salesforce Platform Architect to deliver efficient and accurate quoting solutions. The role also includes implementation and delivery of the QCP (Quote Calculator Pricing) module within Salesforce CPQ.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with minimum 3+ years in CPQ and QCP administration.
- Strong hands-on expertise in configuring Salesforce CPQ objects, pricing rules, bundles, and discount schedules.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Apex and JavaScript programming, including performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of CPQ data model and integration with Sales Cloud (Opportunities & Quotes).
- Experience in Guided Selling, Approvals, Renewals, and Quote Templates.
- Exposure to integrations with Salesforce Billing, ERP, or Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
- Experience working with Zuora and Ironclad integrations preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification – Mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications – Preferred.
Key Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in pricing and quoting logic.
- Ability to translate complex business pricing models into Salesforce CPQ configurations.
- High attention to detail with strong data validation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and technical teams.
- Self-driven professional capable of managing KTLO support and enhancement initiatives simultaneously.
