Job Purpose
We are looking for a Technical Salesforce Developer with experience in complex software development, implementation, and support. They will work closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations, fix defects, and build new capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Must have 6–10 years of Salesforce (SFDC) development and implementation experience.
- Experience in building Salesforce applications from development through deployment and support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Ability to identify, gather, and analyze requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancements.
- Correct programming errors, respond to scope changes, and implement application improvements.
- Experience working with APIs and Salesforce security settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
OR
- Master’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Primary Skills (Must Have)
- Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Must Have
- Lightning (Aura), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Salesforce data model: fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings
- Dashboards and reports
- Salesforce integrations: SOAP, REST, Bulk API, integration patterns, and best practices
- Version control using GitHub
Secondary Skills
- Javascript
- Managed package development and implementation experience
- Einstein Analytics and Community Cloud
- Salesforce PD1 certification (good to have)
Preferred / Very Good-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Conga CLM or any other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool
- Experience integrating or working with DocuSign
- Lead or senior developer experience in Salesforce projects (technical or team leadership)
- Experience with Copado DevOps for Salesforce is a huge added advantage
- Experience with similar Salesforce DevOps tools is also acceptable
Certifications (Preferred / Desired)
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) and Platform Developer 2 (PD2)
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
