Position Summary
Be a key advisor to Senior APAC leadership to identify, analyse, design and execute sales operations enhancements, developments and initiatives; with the end goal of optimising and lifting sales performance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversees end to end sales operations across the APAC region to support revenue growth and operational excellence
- Drives forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting to enable data driven decision making
- Partners with regional sales leaders to optimise processes, tools, and go to market execution
- Manages CRM governance, data quality, and system adoption across multiple APAC markets
- Identifies operational bottlenecks and implements scalable solutions to improve sales productivity
- Coordinates annual planning, quota setting, and territory design for APAC sales teams
- Leads cross functional alignment with marketing, finance, customer success, and product teams
- Ensures compliance with regional policies, commercial frameworks, and operational standards
- Supports onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives tailored to APAC sales teams
- Monitors regional performance trends and provides insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar sales operations role, sales-oriented business analyst role or in a senior sales role with related responsibilities for sales analysis, sales initiatives and sales optimisation.
- Understanding of business and sales management strategies, client segmentation, sales processes and account development strategies.
- Strong analysis and project management skills; ability to extract and support implementation of actionable insights. Ability to work with the management team to turn data into actions and results.
- Solid communication skills and experience communicating across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong numeracy and analysis skills and expertise in use of relevant programs and tools within the D365 Stack (Excel, PowerBI, Dynamics 365, PowerPoint)
- Experience in market research, marketing data or media data businesses would be advantageous.
- Bachelors degree or above in relevant discipline
