About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised Services Sales Administrator to support our Unified Support sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with Services Account Executives to manage the full lifecycle of support agreements — from pricing preparation to deal processing and accurate forecasting.
Your work ensures deals move smoothly, data stays clean, and sales executives can focus on what they do best: engaging customers and driving revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deal Execution & Administration:
- Create, update, and process Unified Support agreements for new and renewal customers.
- Maintain accurate deal records in sales systems.
- Support multi‑year deals, true‑ups, pricing requests, and proposal preparation.
- Ensure links to historical agreements are correct and complete.
Sales Enablement:
- Prepare materials for pricing reviews, approvals, and customer‑readiness.
- Track deal progress and proactively prevent delays.
- Act as the primary operational partner to Sales Account Executives.
Approvals, Governance & Tools:
- Maintain Unified Deal Modeler entries.
- Support pricing approvals and compliance with discount guidelines.
- Use DealMax/discount recommender tools effectively.
Forecasting & Pipeline Hygiene:
- Keep pipeline and forecast data accurate and up to date.
- Ensure renewals and attach motions are correctly represented.
- Support true‑up and re‑profiling workflows.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Ops, and Contracting.
- Follow up on outstanding actions to keep deals moving.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales operations, sales administration, or deal support (B2B).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals in parallel.
- Comfortable working in CRM, deal management, and quoting systems.
- Strong organisational and follow‑up skills.
- Able to partner confidently with senior sellers and managers.
Preferred:
- Exposure to enterprise or services sales environments.
- Understanding of contracting, renewals, or subscription‑based agreements.
- Experience with pricing approvals, Deal Desk, or revenue management.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a strong plus.
