We’re looking for a highly motivated Partner GTM Lead to join the Intuit Mailchimp service partner team and help drive the next phase of partner-led growth. This role owns the strategy and execution of channel partner go-to-market motions, with a focus on scaling repeatable, high-impact GTM frameworks. The Partner GTM Lead is responsible for building and adapting sales plays for channel partners and ensuring those plays are brought to life through coordinated campaigns, content, events, and partner activation. This is a hands-on, player-coach role that works cross-functionally with partner management, enablement, programs, sales, operations, and other GTM teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the partner GTM strategy, working cross-functionally to define priorities, motions, and execution plans that drive partner-led growth.
- Build, adapt, and operationalize sales plays for channel partners, spanning partner-led and co-sell motions.
- Partner closely with channel partners to plan and deliver joint go-to-market initiatives, ensuring strong execution and alignment across all partner GTM activities.
- Serve as the point of accountability for partner GTM delivery, working closely with Sales, Enablement, and Partner teams to ensure GTM plays are actionable, measurable, and scalable.
- Own MDF strategy, allocation, and execution while partnering with program teams to maximize ROI and ensure alignment to GTM priorities.
- Act as the internal advocate for partner marketing initiatives, embedding partners into company launches, growth plans, and GTM motions.
- Represent the company at partner events and strategic forums, strengthening relationships and identifying new GTM opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in successfully building and driving GTM programs and partner marketing for channel partners
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, programs, and partner teams.
- Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM and partner management platforms to support GTM execution and measurement.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, martech, or SMB business software products and solutions
- Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems

New York: $143,000 - 194,000
Bay Area California: $137,000 - 185,500
