Program Manager: Salesforce CPQ & SAP Integration

A Program Manager for SAP CPQ and Salesforce at Wiley (John Wiley & Sons) is typically responsible for leading high-priority digital transformation initiatives that bridge the company’s sales operations and financial systems. As of 2026, Wiley is heavily investing in Agentic AI and automated workflows to optimize their Salesforce environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, global technology programs integrating Salesforce (CRM) and SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure technical requirements for pricing models and contract management align with Wiley’s business goals.
- System Integration: Oversee the data flow and technical architecture between Salesforce and SAP to ensure quote-to-cash accuracy and data integrity.
- AI Implementation: Champion the adoption of Salesforce Agent force and AI-powered tools within the CPQ workflow to reduce quote handling times and increase ROI.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual sales tasks and standardize templates for vendor support and rebate management.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Significant experience at least 15+ years strong experience with program management, specifically on Salesforce/ SAP/CPQ .
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud and their integration with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP modules.
- Framework Knowledge: Proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies to manage global, multi-site project deliveries.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead technical teams through complex digital transformations.
