Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join a private equity-backed technology services company with delivery operations across the U.S., India, Canada, and Mexico. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and PE sponsors, responsible for driving financial performance, scaling global finance operations, and supporting M&A.
This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader with experience in PE environments, global services delivery models, and value creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic financial partner to the CEO and PE sponsors
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting at Board level
- Drive margin improvement, pricing discipline, and cash flow optimization
- Oversee global accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, and compliance (US, India, Canada, Mexico)
- Lead financial diligence and integration for tuck-in acquisitions
- Build scalable finance systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure
- Support exit readiness (strategic sale or IPO)
Candidate Profile
Required
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior CFO or senior finance role in a private equity-backed company
- Strong background in technology services, IT services, or professional services
- Experience managing global finance teams and offshore/nearshore delivery models
- Proven track record in margin management, cash flow, and operational finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Preferred
- Prior PE exit experience (sale or IPO)
- MBA, or equivalent
- Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation

Wage Range : The annual starting salary for this position is between $300,000-450,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan
