What we’re looking for
The Regional Services Revenue Operations & PMO Manager plays a pivotal role in driving resource optimisation, services revenue predictability, capacity planning, service revenue predictability and project governance across all market units. This role ensures delivery execution, financial discipline, and operational transparency are aligned with strategic growth priorities.
This role is either opened to Malaysia or Singapore.
Responsibilities
Regional Resource Management
- Own regional and cross-regional resource planning and deployment
- Optimise utilisation, bench and skills alignment against project and revenue demand
- Identify resource risks, gaps, and overload scenarios and drive mitigation actions
- Partner with regional delivery leaders to optimise deployment decisions
- Enable cross-regional talent mobility where required
Project Management & PMO Governance
- Support project managers and teams with planning, scheduling, delivery, and closure activities.
- Manage communication plans, providing updates, distributing information, and delivering reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate projects with a focus on achieving zero harm, ensuring compliance with corporate and project-specific requirements
- Maintain and review project logs, documenting issues, action items, and risks, and collaborating with steering committees to identify escalation and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and workshops to identify, manage, and communicate risks to department leaders.
- Ensure proper implementation of PMO documentation, processes, and frameworks while monitoring adherence to strategies.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage task and issue logs for assigned projects.
- Complete administrative tasks, including cost sheets, timesheets, recording purchases, and updating project schedules upon approval.
- Gather and present data on project success metrics, keeping accurate records and generating PMO reports.
- Ensure projects have the necessary administrative resources, such as process maps and stage-specific documentation.
Service Revenue Forecasting
- Own services revenue forecasting governance across all regions.
- Align forecasts with Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
- Track forecast vs actuals, analyse variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain rolling forecasts aligned to pipeline, bookings, and delivery capacity.
- Highlight revenue risks and upside opportunities with action recommendations.
Capacity Planning
- Translate demand forecasts into capacity requirements by role, skill, and region.
- Support medium- and long-term workforce planning.
- Model demand scenarios and their impact on capacity, margin, and delivery risk.
- Recommend hiring, subcontracting, or redeployment actions.
Governance, Reporting & Insights
- Produce executive dashboards covering:
- Resource utilisation
- Capacity vs demand
- Services revenue forecast
- Project health and risk
- Provide clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations.
- Drive standardised planning and reporting discipline across regions.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner to Regional MDs, Delivery, Sales, Finance, and COO Office.
- Support QBRs, Budget, Forecast, and Operating Reviews.
- Enable leadership with transparency, predictability, and execution confidence.
Qualifications
We’re seeking someone who brings a mix of project management discipline, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- Project management experience, including a proven track record of at least 2 years in successfully supporting diverse projects to achieve their goals, with a strong focus on delivery, procurement, and cross-functional team management.
- Certificate in PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of project management SAP Activate methodologies. (Agile, S/4HANA, RISE, etc).
- Experience operating in a consulting and project delivery business.
- Strong understanding of Finance modules within ERP systems (SAP).
- Experience in commercial contracting, deal management, legal operations, or similar roles in the software, cloud, or professional services sector.
- Skilled in drafting and interpreting complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder discussions, collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and drive alignment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and high accountability.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using project and contract management systems and tools.
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture and continuous improvement.
