Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the organization's financial strategies, manage financial planning, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports. They will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing actionable recommendations to support business strategy and compliance. Collaboration with executive leadership to align financial goals and operational strategies is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to create and implement effective financial strategies
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide strategic financial insights
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to work in a collaborative, remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or MBA is preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or a similar field is a plus
