Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Operations is a strategic, forward‑thinking leader responsible for optimizing the entire revenue ecosystem at AvaSure. In this high‑impact role, you will unify processes, technology, and teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer success to accelerate revenue growth and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute cross‑functional strategies that expand revenue across new and existing markets.
- Identify growth levers, emerging opportunities, and operational gaps to increase revenue yield and business scalability.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with marketing, product development, finance, and customer success to build integrated go‑to‑market plans.
- Create a seamless customer journey from lead generation to long‑term retention.
Sales Operations
- Lead sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline governance, territory planning, and process optimization.
- Implement best‑in‑class tools, playbooks, and workflows to increase sales productivity and efficiency
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Build analytical frameworks to evaluate market trends, pricing models, and revenue performance.
- Track KPIs and operational metrics, identifying trends and driving action plans to improve results
Market Research & Pricing
- Conduct competitive and market research to strengthen pricing strategies and value positioning.
- Stay current on industry trends to help AvaSure maintain a leadership edge in virtual care innovation.

Supervisory Requirements
- Leads the Revenue Operations team, including internal staff and external contractors.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar leadership roles
- Experience with CRMs: Dynamics or Salesforce preferred.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, data modeling, and market research
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and change management abilities
Physical Demands & Working Environment
- Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing.
- Must be able to work in an office environment.
- This role may require some travel.
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 per year
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, bonus eligible.
