Sales Operations Specialist
The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales organization by coordinating quotes, managing project details, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of sales-related activities. This role works closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to support customer needs, maintain CRM data, and help drive efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quotes and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams to confirm project requirements
- Track projects, deadlines, and data using spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Serve as a point of contact for product, order, and delivery-related questions
- Support scheduling, documentation, and follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
