To ensure the Global & Modernization PSS business runs smoothly, the leadership teams require smart and timely data to make decisions that drive profitable growth for our business. The Sales Operations Leader is someone passionate about leading a team that drive business processes, and smart data to drive those smart decisions. They are also someone that empowers and connects the entire organization together through communication, training and in-person events. The role requires extensive collaboration between numerous departments within the business unit including Finance, Sales, Project & Delivery and Marketing Organizations.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive efficiency in delivering smart and timely data, facilitating decision making over the global and modernization PSS business.
- Ensure consistent application of sales policies and governance standards.
- Ensure consistency across CRM (Customer Relationship Management) usage, qualification standards and funnel stages.
- Collaborate and partner with other key stakeholders on new systems integration and assess the fitting of these new systems into overall commercial eco system.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to capture performance trends, KPIs and analytics to guide decision making.
- Provide direction and plan regular communications and critical events, such as quarterly webcasts, annual sales meetings, sales training, and internal team events.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work across multiple disciplines both internally and externally
- Experience working with Sales Channels
- Experience in industrial automation is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting multi-region or global sales organizations
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Previous Sales/BD, Proposal or Project Engineering experience
- Familiar with the S&OP process
- Knowledge of Emerson Sales Channel
- Previous supervisory experience
