The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Principal, GTM Strategy to lead federal web initiatives for Adobe’s Creator offerings, including cross-app journeys, user activation and onboarding, merchandising, and keyword routing, to ensure Creators are guided to the right Adobe product, workflow, and value as quickly as possible.
In this role, you will partner closely with PMM, marketing, product, and analytics leaders to develop and implement a cross-app growth roadmap. You will drive cross-functional alignment across apps and offerings and deliver measurable business impact across the Creator web portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deeply understand cross‑app user journeys and articulate clear “better together” narratives across Creator offerings.
- Identify gaps and friction points from activation and onboarding through repeat use and retention, grounded in deep user insights and experience data.
- Develop, prioritize, and champion high‑impact integration and optimization initiatives that deliver higher value to users.
- Drive alignment and execution of cross‑app growth initiatives across cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes.
- Establish decision frameworks for keyword routing when multiple products can serve the same user intent.
- Identify cross-app merchandising opportunities for existing and new offerings that clearly align to user needs and value propositions.
- Continuously share insights, wins, and failures to build a culture of learning, experimentation, and iteration across the team.
- Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, ensuring that growth strategies are anchored in delivering real, sustained value for users.
What You Need To Succeed
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product‑led growth, product strategy, or growth marketing roles.
- A data‑driven approach with demonstrated ability to dig into metrics, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear decisions and actions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and implement across diverse teams.
- Experience working across multiple products/portfolios, helping to define and build cohesive cross‑product user experiences.
- Experience operating in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments, ideally working with Gen AI or other emerging, innovative technologies.
- A strong bias for action, deep intellectual curiosity, and a passion for building category‑defining user experiences.
