Business Operations Manager / Integrator
Role Purpose
The Operations Manager / Integrator is responsible for turning vision into execution. This role owns the day-to-day running of the clinics, ensures the team is aligned and accountable, and drives operational performance so the Clinical Director can focus on strategy, growth, and clinical excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Own day-to-day operations across both clinics and make confident operational decisions.
- Lead, align, and support clinical and front-desk teams; ensure the right people are in the right seats.
- Execute leadership priorities through clear actions, owners, and deadlines.
- Own KPI tracking, reporting, and delivery; identify issues early and drive solutions.
- Build, document, and embed systems and SOPs for consistency and scalability.
- Act as the Integrator: resolve cross-team issues, hold people accountable with empathy, and protect Visionary time.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or leadership.
- Strong organisational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Calm, solutions-focused, people-centred leadership style.
- Healthcare or EOS familiarity desirable.

Working Hours
- 20 hours a week with opportunity for more as the role expands
- Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across both clinics.
- Act as Practice Manager, supporting both clinical and front desk teams.
- Support the team in tracking and achieving KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Play a key role in clinic expansion plans as we continue to grow.
- Foster a positive, engaged, and productive team culture.
- Liaise with external providers, such as the Thrive Coaching Program.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar operations or practice management role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, supportive, and team-oriented approach to leadership.
