Who You Are.
You are the systems-thinker behind a high-performing sales organization—and you use AI as your force multiplier. You've spent 5+ years building the operational infrastructure at B2B SaaS companies that lets sales teams scale—forecasting, territory design, compensation, CRM, analytics—and you instinctively reach for AI tools and agents to do in hours what used to take days.
You're AI-first, not AI-curious. You've already integrated LLMs into your workflows—whether it's building automated analysis pipelines, using AI agents to clean and enrich data, generating reports or prototyping solutions for the sales team. You understand that the best operators today aren't just efficient; they're leveraged.
You've held roles in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations at fast-growing B2B companies and understand what it takes to go from scrappy to scalable. You can architect a comp plan in the morning, debug a Salesforce workflow in the afternoon, and present pipeline insights to the leadership team before EOD.
You're comfortable when there's no playbook, because you're good at creating one. You're analytical and detail-oriented, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture: enabling reps to sell more, faster. And you're excited by the idea of building AI-native operations at a company that's building AI for the physical world.
This role is critical to the business: by building the systems and processes that power our go-to-market engine, you're laying the foundation for Spot AI's next phase of growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own sales forecasting and planning. Build and manage the forecasting process—analyzing historical data, pipeline trends, and market signals to deliver accurate revenue projections. Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles including quota setting and capacity planning.
- Design and administer territories and compensation. Create territory structures that balance workload and opportunity. Design, implement, and manage compensation plans and incentive programs that drive the right behaviors and align with business goals.
- Optimize the CRM and sales tech stack. Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce (or HubSpot)—ensuring data hygiene, process compliance, and continuous improvement. Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools that improve sales productivity.
- Build dashboards and deliver insights. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and rep performance. Turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Streamline sales processes. Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and deploy solutions—automation, better workflows, clearer handoffs—that accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Finance on revenue planning and commissions, Marketing on lead flow and attribution, and Product on customer feedback loops. Be the connective tissue between Sales and the rest of the organization.
- Operate with extreme accountability. Own outcomes, not just activities. Approach every problem with a founder's mentality—resourceful, urgent, and relentlessly focused on results.

Compensation And Benefits.
- Annual Cash Compensation: $155,000 - $190,000
- Meaningful early stage equity

While this role is open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S., we have a preference for those based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support in-person collaboration at our SF office.
