Our client, a global, ASX-listed SaaS and investigative analytics organisation, is looking to appoint a Head of Sales Operations to strengthen and scale its commercial operating model during a period of transformation and growth.
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a high-calibre Sales Operations practitioner who brings strong discipline across Salesforce, pipeline governance, forecasting, analytics, and territory strategy and can partner effectively with senior stakeholders to uplift performance, rhythm and decision-making across the revenue organisation.
The Opportunity
The Head of Sales Operations will play a central role in establishing a clear structure, improving reporting confidence, and enabling a high-performing sales organisation through:
- Salesforce governance and optimisation
- Pipeline integrity, forecasting cadence and accuracy
- Territory design, coverage models and quota logic
- Commercial analytics and performance insights
- Sales operating rhythm and execution discipline
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the ongoing optimisation of Salesforce, including data quality, definitions, governance and adoption.
- Strengthen pipeline management and improve reliability of sales reporting and forecasting.
- Develop and embed territory and coverage models aligned to strategy, segmentation and capacity.
- Deliver high-quality commercial insights and analytics to support executive decision-making.
- Establish consistent operating cadence across pipeline reviews, reporting cycles, and key commercial forums.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS / technology.
- Strong capability in Salesforce and sales performance reporting (hands-on understanding with strategic oversight).
- Demonstrated track record improving forecast accuracy, pipeline quality and sales execution.
- Commercial maturity and credibility to work effectively across Sales Leadership, Finance and the Executive team.
- Clear communication style, strong judgement, and the ability to simplify complex operating environments.
