Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Conga CPQ Specialist to design, develop, and implement scalable CPQ solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Conga CPQ configurations, Salesforce development, and enterprise-level CPQ implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Conga CPQ solutions including:
- Pricing Rules
- Constraint Rules
- Approval Workflows
- Callback Classes
- Create, customize, and enhance Conga templates, document generation, and approval workflows.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows related to Conga CPQ.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and impact analysis for CPQ configuration and customization changes.
- Collaborate closely with Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners for requirement analysis and solution design.
- Support UAT activities, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and Conga best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Conga CPQ development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Conga CPQ data models.
- Experience with:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Pricing Rules & Constraint Rules
- Quote Templates & Document Generation
- Approval Workflows
- Callback Classes
- Exposure to REST API integrations (preferred).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce and/or Conga CPQ certification.
- Experience implementing enterprise-scale CPQ solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and performance optimization.
