The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic Chief Revenue Officer to lead a comprehensive analysis of our sales organization and revenue operations — helping us evolve from strong foundations to scalable excellence.
This role focuses on shaping and evolving our revenue strategy, with an emphasis on structure, scalability, and performance. You’ll partner with leadership to assess and refine our sales and go-to-market approach, building the frameworks that support consistent growth. This is not a day-to-day sales management role; it’s best suited for a senior leader who brings a systems-level perspective and enjoys building effective revenue engines without being embedded in daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a holistic analysis of Trend Hunter’s commercial ecosystem, including:
- Sales process and buyer journey
- Team structure, roles, and incentive alignment
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and go-to-market strategy
- Sales enablement tools, assets, and resources
- Revenue forecasting and planning structure
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Account Executive team — providing guidance, support, and performance insights to enhance effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Gather insights through stakeholder interviews and CRM data analysis (with Sales Ops support).
- Assess market positioning and conduct competitor analysis, building on existing research and frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for greater process efficiency, enablement, and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to design a roadmap for growth — outlining structural improvements, resourcing, and strategic priorities.
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations that inform executive decision-making and guide the evolution of our sales organization.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or revenue operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP Sales, CRO, or equivalent).
- A seasoned revenue leader with a proven ability to build, assess, and scale high-performing teams.
- A critical thinker with a strong strategic mindset and exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Skilled at diagnosing organizational challenges and creating actionable, scalable solutions.
- Confident working at the executive level, collaborating across marketing, operations, and leadership.
- Passionate about innovation, culture, and helping purpose-driven companies achieve sustainable growth.
