£120,000 + car allowance + bonus + LTIP
An exceptional CFO opportunity within a fast-growing, multi-site manufacturing business.
This is a pivotal, number-one finance role, with a key influence in the company’s commercial strategy. Optimising performance, driving organic growth and supporting acquisition activity. Whilst also ensuring strong internal financial controls across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the company’s financial strategy and supporting commercial decision-making.
- Creating value through both organic growth and M&A activity.
- Ensuring strong financial governance and internal controls.
- Ownership of cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Developing and embedding best practice financial systems, processes and tools.
We’re seeking a seasoned finance leader with the gravitas and credibility to operate at board level. You will be a qualified CFO. Equally comfortable with operating strategically or tactically as required.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven CFO level experience within a manufacturing environment.
- A strong track record in businesses with revenues of at least £30m+
- Demonstrable M&A experience, including integration and value realisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence investment decisions.
- Natural leadership qualities, inspiring confidence in those around you.
