Role: Head of Go-To-Market (Founding)

The Role
Our client is hiring a founding Head of GTM to design and execute the go-to-market strategy from zero to one. This leader will define how the a financial product is positioned, sold, and scaled, working closely with the CEO and product leadership to translate market signal into revenue and product direction.
Mandatory Experience
- 5+ years building and executing GTM strategy in B2B technology/SaaS/Financial fraud environments
- Founding GTM experience is a must.
- Proven experience defining ICPs, segmentation, and pricing while establishing a tight customer feedback loop
- Background in early-stage startups (0–1) or launching a new GTM motion or product line within a larger organization
- Experience selling into at least one of the following verticals: payments, fintech, supply chain, or healthcare
- Demonstrated success with partnership-led growth and building ecosystem relationships that drive pipeline and adoption
- Strong understanding of the AI agent landscape and ability to sell to technical and semi-technical buyers
- 3-5 experience in the TMT practice of a leading management consulting firm
- Technical-first mindset with the ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights that influence product roadmap and prioritization
- Comfort running pilots, early enterprise conversations, and non-linear sales cycles
- Comfortable operating as both strategist and first-line operator
