Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a senior, strategic financial leader with deep experience driving profitability, EBITDA expansion, and exit readiness. This role is designed for a high-caliber CFO who has worked with growth-stage companies and private equity–backed businesses and understands what buyers care about.
This is not a day-to-day accounting or transactional role. The right candidate is a big-picture, analytical, competitive thinker who thrives in financial strategy, performance optimization, and executive-level decision support. You will work closely with ownership and the internal accounting team to sharpen financial discipline, uncover opportunities, and prepare the business for a future sale.
Summary
Serve as the full-time CFO, providing strategic financial leadership focused on maximizing EBITDA, improving operating leverage, and positioning the company for a successful exit. You will partner with ownership and the accounting team to elevate financial insight, challenge assumptions, and drive measurable improvement in profitability and enterprise value.
Business Context
We operate a scaled, field-based contracting business with a large workforce, significant labor and equipment costs, project-based and recurring revenue streams, and seasonal demand.
