Role
Scale GTM with automation, not headcount. SPREAD is AI-first and expects operations to build leverage through systems, workflows, and tooling. This role leads Sales and Marketing Ops, and owns the end-to-end revenue infrastructure from first touch to renewal. It treats GTM like a product with a clear backlog, shipped improvements, and data integrity that leadership can trust.
Your Mission
- Build and scale a predictable multi-channel GTM motion across inbound, outbound, and nearbound activities, and make it operationally repeatable.
- Own the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle and the processes that bridge Marketing and Sales, including clear definitions, handoffs, and feedback loops.
- Operationalize the ecosystem-led motion so partners and advisors consistently translate into warm introductions, account intelligence, and pipeline contribution.
- Lead and coach a small team across Sales and Marketing Ops, set priorities, and create an operating rhythm that keeps execution tight without slowing teams down.
- Treat the GTM stack as a product and keep it healthy, measurable, and scalable across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, and automation tooling such as n8n and AI-assisted builders.
- Run GTM operations delivery through a backlog and sprint cadence, shipping automation and process upgrades that remove friction in the buyer journey.
- Build the single source of truth for revenue metrics and reporting, including Customer Acquisition Cost, pipeline velocity, and attribution across sources.
- Raise the bar on data integrity across systems through governance, instrumentation, and disciplined change management so teams can trust what they see.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and leadership to turn strategy into executable system design and measurable outcomes.
Your Experience
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven experience owning and improving the end-to-end revenue engine, not just reporting on it.
- Track record of leading a team and driving execution across functions, with clear prioritization and stakeholder management.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce as core CRM and HubSpot as Marketing Hub, with a clear view of how data should flow and where it breaks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate revenue data into decisions and practical changes in process and tooling.
- AI-first mindset with evidence of using automation or AI-assisted tooling to remove manual work while keeping governance intact.
- Comfortable operating in a proactive “builder” mode, jumping into the details when needed, and setting the quality bar for the team.
- English business fluent, and German at least B2.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling partner-influenced revenue channels and nearbound motions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted automation builders such as Claude Code or similar tooling.
- Experience designing reporting frameworks that leadership uses for operating cadence and investment decisions.
