Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior ServiceNow CRM/CPQ Developer to design, build, and enhance enterprise CRM solutions supporting
lead-to-order, quoting, and account management processes. This role works closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and automated CRM capabilities.
You will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, mentor developers, and play a key role in architecture, development, integration, data strategy, and post-go-live stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development of ServiceNow CRM/CPQ solutions
- Configure and customize CRM modules including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Orders
- Design and implement workflows, assignment rules, UI policies, and automation supporting sales processes
- Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Lead data migration activities including products, pricing, financial entities, and reconciliation
- Develop dashboards and KPIs using ServiceNow Platform Analytics
- Establish governance for roles, ACLs, security, and data privacy
- Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices using update sets, source control, and deployment pipelines
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce architectural standards
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CRM/CPQ development and configuration
- Advanced JavaScript and Glide API expertise (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions)
- Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- Experience with product catalogs, pricing workflows, and quote-to-order processes
- Deep understanding of ACLs, role-based access control, and data security
- Hands-on experience with data migration (Import Sets, Transform Maps, reconciliation)
- Experience building dashboards and analytics within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps / CI-CD practices
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to lead technical discussions and design workshops
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience optimizing ServiceNow Mobile experiences
- Knowledge of Platform Analytics advanced reporting
- Experience with large-scale CRM transformation programs
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and platform reliability practices
- Exposure to cross-functional enterprise architecture initiatives
- ITIL knowledge or certification
