We’re hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as the behind-the-scenes engine for a fast-growing sales team supporting major retail partners, including Costco. This role partners closely with the Sales Operations Manager to keep programs moving efficiently through strong documentation, tracking, coordination, and follow-through.
This is a highly organized, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys supporting sales teams, managing details, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

As the business continues to grow, sales development and operational needs have increased. Brands require hands-on guidance to navigate retailer requirements and processes. This role supports the operations function so the sales team can stay focused on selling and advancing programs.
Compensation & Location
- Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000
- Bonus: 10% target
- Work model: Remote (Pacific Northwest preferred)
- Location preference: Seattle / Issaquah area strongly preferred for collaboration
What You’ll Do
Sales Operations Administration
- Support the Sales Operations Manager with day-to-day operations
- Manage item setup, vendor documentation, and compliance materials
- Maintain trackers for item status, documentation, demos, and funding
Demos, Samples & Events
- Coordinate demo scheduling and logistics
- Track demo invoices and follow-up documentation
- Manage sample requests with buying offices and internal teams
- Support Costco-related and internal events
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a consistent point of contact across internal teams, clients, and retail partners
- Provide timely updates on milestones and project status
- Support collaboration across sales, operations, and leadership
Process Improvement
- Improve organization, tracking, and workflows
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across materials
- Support additional initiatives as the business evolves
Ideal Background
Experience
- 2–4 years in sales operations, sales support, or account coordination
Strengths

Tools
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft 365
- CRM experience is a plus
