ChilliDB is seeking an experienced sales focused, Operations Manager to develop and manage our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective sales and support of our products and services. This is a full-time position, based in our centrally located Brisbane office.

What you'll be doing

Developing Sales and Marketing strategies and implementing them.
Building productive relationships with current and future clients.
Manage day-to-day operations across sales, implementation, and support.
Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
Working with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

About You

Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a SaaS company or the NFP sector.
Good understanding of the benefits of CRM/Client Management Systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and efficiency.
Passion for working with purpose-driven organisations.
