As we scale, we are looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our global sales organization, driving growth for our technology and analytics solutions across industries including Automotive, Media, Financial Services, and Technology.
Role Overview:
The CSO will be responsible for defining and executing enterprise sales strategies that deliver revenue growth for Jasper Colin’s SaaS, research, and analytics platforms. This role requires a technically savvy sales leader capable of engaging C-suite executives, understanding complex enterprise workflows, and translating sophisticated analytics capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a technology-focused, data-driven sales strategy for global markets.
- Define revenue targets and OKRs for all enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts.
- Identify and prioritize industry verticals where analytics and AI solutions create maximum impact.
Enterprise Solution Selling
- Lead consultative sales processes for advanced SaaS, data analytics, and AI-driven research platforms.
- Engage with C-level executives to design custom solutions that address complex business problems.
- Build long-term strategic relationships and manage high-value, multi-year contracts.
Technical and Analytical Expertise
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to translate platform capabilities into client ROI.
- Use CRM, analytics, and sales intelligence tools to drive data-backed sales decisions.
- Collaborate on pricing, bundling, and packaging strategies for enterprise solutions.
Team Leadership & Scaling Sales Operations
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global sales team with deep industry and technical knowledge.
- Implement metrics-driven sales performance management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- Champion sales enablement, technical training, and ongoing upskilling of teams on analytics and AI solutions.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Marketing to drive targeted demand generation and thought leadership campaigns in analytics and enterprise tech.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize retention, expansion, and customer adoption of analytics platforms.
- Contribute to executive strategy, leveraging market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CSO or VP of Sales leading complex enterprise tech/analytics/SaaS solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of analytics platforms, AI/ML solutions, data services, or research products.
- Track record of scaling global sales teams and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills with experience engaging C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset, with expertise in CRM, BI, and analytics tools to measure and optimize sales performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
