Description
As a Sales Operations Lead, you will own end-to-end business processes for the U.S. Enterprise Sales organization, managing daily, weekly, and monthly cadences. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, and other key stakeholders.
The Sales Operations Lead drives operational excellence, analytical insight, and cross-functional alignment to enable high-quality Enterprise sales execution. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will translate complex performance and financial data into actionable insights that shape strategy and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Reseller Operations, and AI/ML teams to develop scalable, data-driven solutions that strengthen Enterprise sales operations.
This role requires the ability to work effectively across multiple organizations, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and influence strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales performance analysis for the U.S. Enterprise business, identifying key drivers, risks, and growth opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional deep dives across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Operations to address complex business challenges and influence strategic decisions.
- Shape and deliver executive-level insights and presentations for senior leadership forums, including business reviews, seasonal peaks, and new product launches.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to support forecasting, sales segmentation, quota accuracy, territory planning, and long-term sales strategy.
- Define, track, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to surface actionable insights and monitor progress against strategic goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by managing competing priorities, driving standardization, and recommending scalable solutions that deliver long-term value.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements that streamline workflows, enhance sales productivity, and improve the Enterprise customer experience.
- Establish end-to-end frameworks connecting systems, tools, and processes, proactively identifying gaps, dependencies, and points of failure.
- Manage and optimize CRM and sales operations platforms to ensure accurate reporting, automation, adoption, and seamless user experiences.
- Partner with data science and AI/ML teams to define vision and roadmap for tools that automate insights and scale business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in sales, sales operations, business analysis, revenue operations, or program/project management.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing sales metrics.
- Expert proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and executive presentation platforms (e.g., Keynote), with experience analyzing large, complex data sets.
- Proven ability to navigate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and manage enterprise-scale processes.
- Exceptional ability to transform data into actionable insights, business plans, and long-term vision.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and aggregating information from multiple sources to form cohesive strategies.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with engineering and data science teams to shape internal systems and AI/ML-driven automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
