Seeking a Business Head to lead end-to-end P&L ownership and drive the commercial growth of the company. Working directly with the founder, you will build and scale our revenue engine, establish operational excellence, and shape the long-term business strategy. This role demands a builder mindset, smeone ready to create systems from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
Full P&L Ownership
● Own revenue, margins, and overall profitability of the business unit.
● Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and periodic business reviews.
● Improve unit economics and establish a roadmap for sustainable profitability.
● Make decisions on resource allocation, hiring, and market expansion.
● Report directly to the founder on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
● Build the sales team from the ground up: hiring, training, compensation, and performance management.
● Develop and execute GTM strategies for core verticals: Retail, Automotive, D2C, Real Estate.
● Own the full sales funnel - lead generation to closing strategic enterprise accounts.
● Create sales playbooks, forecasting systems, processes, and CRM workflows.
● Establish channel partnerships to expand reach and accelerate growth.
Operations & Execution
● Build customer success and account management functions for retention and expansion.
● Define pricing models, packaging strategies, and commercial structures.
● Implement systems for sales operations, order management, and revenue recognition.
● Ensure strong alignment across sales, product, delivery, and CS teams.
● Develop scalable onboarding and implementation processes.
● Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for business health tracking.
