We’re looking for a Lead Ops Associate (Analytics + Business Operations) who goes beyond reporting and dashboards — someone who can connect data to business context, influence decisions, and build scalable systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys working with large datasets, and wants to drive real business outcomes through analytics and structured thinking.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Strategist- Own and build end-to-end dashboards and reporting systems (primarily Excel-based), ensuring scalability and accuracy over time.
- SQL Specialist-Write advanced SQL queries to deep dive into business problems, uncover patterns, and validate hypotheses.
- Performance Driver-Define and track key metrics/KPIs across teams, ensuring visibility and accountability on performance.
- Insight Generator-Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Business Partner-Work closely with business and product teams, influencing decisions through data-backed recommendations.
- Ops Architect-Set up and optimize processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Team Enabler- Mentor and guide junior ops associates on data handling, execution, and structured problem-solving.

- Analytical Excellence -Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into structured solutions.
- Excel Expertise (Must-have) Advanced proficiency in:Complex formulas,Data modeling, Handling large datasets
- SQL Proficiency (Must-have) Ability to write and optimize complex queries for deep business analysis.
- Ownership Mindset 4–6+ years of experience in Business / Analytics / Operations roles with clear ownership of outcomes.
- Business Acumen Ability to connect data with business context and drive meaningful decisions.
- Stakeholder Management Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Structured Thinking Strong mathematical and logical thinking with a process-oriented approach.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in building scalable reporting systems or automation frameworks
- Exposure to experimentation / A/B testing
- Background in consumer, content, or growth-driven businesses
