We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Troutman, North Carolina. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee financial operations, foster strong relationships, and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and a proven ability to lead and collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and long-term growth.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Respond to inbound inquiries related to financial matters with professionalism and accuracy.
• Evaluate and manage company health insurance plans to optimize employee benefits and cost efficiency.
• Utilize expertise in Ethernet and other technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and nurture strong relationships across departments to promote collaboration and trust.
• Analyze financial data to provide insightful recommendations for decision-making processes.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage inbound inquiries and provide accurate financial guidance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Ethernet technologies and their application in financial operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of health insurance plans and benefits management.
• Exceptional strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Adept at creating and implementing financial systems and policies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information.
