Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Concord, ON for an Inside Sales / Sales Operations professional. This role is focused on supporting existing accounts and active projects.
You’ll be the main point of contact for day-to-day client and rep coordination: managing quotes, follow-ups, order processing, lead times, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams to keep projects moving and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth and develop new opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills is recommended.
- Previous experience in the architectural or lighting design industry is an asset but not mandatory.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude to succeed in a sales-oriented environment.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese strongly preferred
