Senior Business Planning & Sales Operations Lead (Consumer Hardware)
£118k per year | 12-month contract | King’s Cross, London (3 days onsite)
A global consumer technology business is seeking a senior Business Planning & Sales Operations leader to support its Reality Labs consumer hardware organisation.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales execution, and operational rigour. You will partner directly with senior business leaders across Sales, Product, and Distribution to ensure consumer hardware launches land effectively across Retail and Telco channels.
This is not a reporting role. It is a high-impact business partner position with genuine ownership of planning, analytics, and execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for consumer hardware sales
- Drive operational cadence, launch readiness, and execution across global and regional teams
- Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Distribution on end-to-end GTM
- Identify and deploy AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and decision-making
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial and operational stakeholders
Required Experience
- 10+ years in Sales Planning & Operations, Business Planning, Strategy, or Consulting
- Direct experience with consumer hardware, devices, or wearables
- Strong exposure to Retail and/or Telco sales channels
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally at senior level
- Advanced analytical capability with strong commercial judgement
- Hands-on experience using AI or automation to improve execution
Nice to Have
- Background in Big Tech or global consumer technology companies
- MBA or advanced analytical degree
- Experience supporting international or multi-regional teams
