The Role
We’re looking for a core GTM / Sales professional to help scale Jobotics.ai in the construction industry. You’ll drive adoption with contractors and field teams, contribute to GTM strategy, and help define how our AI-powered tools deliver real value in the field.
This role does not require formal leadership - it’s about hands-on business impact, deep industry knowledge, and strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market and sales initiatives targeting industrial construction contractors and specialty subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and field teams to understand pain points and tailor solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback drives product decisions.
- Represent Jobotics.ai at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Track metrics, optimize pipelines, and iterate on business strategy based on results
Requirements
- 5–8 years experience in construction SaaS, construction tech, or contractor-side business/sales/BD roles.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, subcontractor operations, or field project management.
- Proven ability to close deals, manage accounts, or drive adoption of software solutions in construction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to track metrics, optimize pipelines, and contribute to GTM strategy.
- Comfortable in a startup environment with high ownership and fast pace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with AI, analytics, or software solutions for construction.
- Connections within construction contractor networks or industry associations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation, or analytics platforms.
