Job Summary
Join NetApp as a Sales Business Process Architect with a focus on CPQ and AI capabilities to help shape the future of how we introduce and manage hardware and subscription products in our Sales systems. You’ll serve as a strategic bridge between Sales and Commerce, driving simplification across product and process design while ensuring scalable, efficient solutions in Oracle Sales Cloud CPQ.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of CPQ processes for new product introductions, and selling motions, including hardware and subscription offerings.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to bring a customer and seller perspective to reduce complexity.
- Define and evolve CPQ strategies that support global standardization and scalability.
- Help foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Quote-to-Invoice processes.
- Strong experience with Oracle Sales Cloud CPQ; familiarity with Zuora, Salesforce, or other billing/CRM platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record of simplifying complex product and process architectures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in CPQ, Product Configuration, or related domains.
