Seeking a Conga CPQ Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce business processes to optimize and streamline sales configurations and quoting workflows
Job Description
Analyze and document business requirements related to Conga CPQ and Salesforce processes Collaborate with stakeholders to understand sales configuration and quoting needs Support the implementation and enhancement of Conga CPQ solutions within the Salesforce environment Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in sales quoting Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions Participate in testing training and deployment activities related to Conga CPQ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CPQrelated issues Maintain uptodate knowledge of Conga CPQ and Salesforce capabilities and best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
Gather and analyze detailed business requirements for Conga CPQ implementations Work closely with sales IT and other business units to design effective CPQ workflows Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams Act as a liaison between business users and development teams throughout the project lifecycle Conduct user acceptance testing UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations Develop training materials and conduct sessions for endusers Monitor and report on CPQ system performance and user adoption Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Salesforce CPQ processes and tools
