Role: Salesforce CPQ Specialist / Consultant

Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ professional with hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Quote‑to‑Cash processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ including products, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Quote‑to‑Cash workflows.
- Manage Product Catalog setup: Product Options, Option Constraints, Feature Bundles, Configuration Attributes.
- Build and maintain Pricing architecture: Price Rules, Lookup Queries, Discount Rules, Contracted Pricing.
- Develop and optimize CPQ logic using Product Rules (Validation, Selection, Alert).
- Configure Document Generation and Quote Templates using Template Sections & Line Columns.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver CPQ solutions.
- Troubleshoot CPQ issues and provide ongoing operational support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, Order Management, Integrations).
- Support CPQ releases, testing, and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick).
- Strong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash domain.
- Expertise in CPQ configuration: Bundles, Rules, Price Books, Contracts, Renewals, Amendments.
- Ability to build and debug CPQ logic including Product Rules & Price Rules.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce platform: Flows, Apex basics, Validation rules, Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (highly preferred).
- Salesforce Admin (ADM‑201) certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
