A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their organization. The CFO is responsible for developing both the company's strategic vision and mission as a member of the executive team. This includes translating the vision and mission into short & long term financial plans, actions, programs, and activities. This person will oversee staff in providing financial systems, policies & procedures, programs, human resources function and is responsible for making decisions in support of all financial reporting, operations and treatment program costs and impacts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and efficient financial tracking and reporting of administrative, function, and service operations
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and other requirements of financial operations, tracking & reporting
- Responsible for supporting marketing/sales targets & goals
- Works from a foundation of deep business, financial and operating expertise to build enterprise excellence
- Provide direction to staff in areas such as new policies, procedures and regulations
- Adheres to established accounting and financial protocols and guidelines
- Responsible for vendor oversight
- Responsible for establishing new product lines, determine program/plan rates and developing administrative, operating and required regulatory forms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Prior CFO experience strongly preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on leader comfortable working within a small, lean team
- Experience leading financial operations, reporting, and strategy
