LiveMore exists to challenge the unfair NOs in the mortgage world. That’s why our mission is to empower mortgage brokers to lend more by turning NOs into YESs and by maximising affordable borrowing. By doing that whenever we can, we help our customers live more and be ready for all that’s yet to come.
Using our unique LiveMore Mortgage Matcher® and LiveMore Maximum Borrowing Calculator decision engine technology, we excel at overcoming challenges involving affordability, risk and Consumer Duty. We innovate for customers and mortgage brokers in need, where others don’t – like with LiveMore’s current mortgages ‘up to’, ‘into’ and ‘in’ retirement.
LiveMore is an innovative company with ambitious plans, and we know that our people are the key to achieving our goals. As evidence of our growth, last year, we were recognised as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the UK by the Business Leaders 500 and we will lend in excess of £600m this year.
We live by four core behaviours that shape our culture and guide our success:
- Commitment – going the extra mile for brokers, customers, and colleagues.
- Agility – adapting quickly, embracing innovation, and staying ahead in a dynamic market.
- Humility – valuing collaboration, listening actively, and learning continuously.
- Openness – communicating transparently and welcoming diverse perspectives.
If these behaviours resonate with you, you’ll thrive here.
Purpose
Are you early in your career and eager to explore the inner workings of a fast-paced, dynamic organisation? This is a truly unique opportunity to join our Early Talent Programme as a Business Associate with a focus on Marketing, where you will gain hands-on experience in marketing execution whilst contributing to broader business operations initiatives from day one.
This is a generalist role within a small, highly effective marketing team, working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners. You’ll help with marketing execution and planning across multiple channels whilst also supporting cross-functional business projects, giving you exposure to operations, technology, propositions, and people functions.
This would be an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years’ experience who is passionate about marketing, confident getting hands-on, and eager to develop broader business operations skills. We will make sure you continue to grow, learn new skills and take on exciting new projects.
You’ll be involved in:
Marketing Responsibilities (Primary Focus):
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned to our wider commercial goals
- Updating and maintaining website content in line with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- With support from your manager, managing day-to-day activity on our social channels
- Supporting email marketing campaigns, helping to build and test
- Helping track campaign performance and providing clear, actionable insights
- Working with key stakeholders to deliver our price change process, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Supporting webinars, events and industry activity as required
Business Operations Responsibilities:
- Supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives across the business
- Researching and presenting ideas to improve processes and efficiency
- Shadowing senior leaders and attending key meetings across departments
- Helping with internal communications, data analysis, and tech tools
- Delivering ad-hoc tasks and projects aligned with wider business strategy

- Are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and love being part of a team
- Are curious, always asking questions and eager to understand how things work
- Are hungry to learn, grow, and make a real impact
- Light up the room with your energy, ideas, and enthusiasm
What you will gain
