Junior Sales Analyst – Luxury Residential (Salesforce)
Role Purpose
To support the luxury residential sales function through accurate reporting, disciplined CRM usage, and structured analysis. The role is designed for an early-career professional who brings analytical rigour, process orientation, and a strong willingness to learn within a premium brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS for assigned luxury residential projects.
- Track lead movement, site visits, conversions, bookings, cancellations, and inventory status.
- Assist in analysis of pricing, discounts, and payment plans against approved sales frameworks.
- Support basic sales velocity and inventory ageing analysis.
Salesforce CRM Support
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of leads, opportunities, and bookings in Salesforce.
- Support standard Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
- Monitor data completeness and hygiene; follow up with sales teams for corrections.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external partners for routine Salesforce support and fixes.
Sales Operations Discipline
- Support adherence to defined sales processes and SOPs.
- Assist in channel partner data tracking and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of sales data with finance and project teams for reconciliation.
- Highlight process deviations, data gaps, or inconsistencies proactively.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Projects for data validation.
- Support senior team members with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
- Participate in CRM training and onboarding support for new sales team members.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, CRM support, or a similar role.
- Exposure to residential real estate sales preferred; luxury segment exposure is an advantage.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
Key Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, conversions, and inventory metrics.
- Comfort with dashboards, structured reporting, and data validation.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality and precision.
