Role: Chief Financial Officer (Singapore-Headquartered Healthcare Services Company)
About the Role
Our client is a Singapore-headquartered healthcare services organisation with a strong and well-established brand. As the business continues to expand and evolve, they are seeking an operational, strategic, and well-rounded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
As CFO, you will lead the finance function end-to-end and act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, supporting both organic growth and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for financial and management reporting, treasury, taxation, internal controls, and risk management, while playing an active role in strengthening performance management and governance frameworks.
You will also be deeply involved in transformation initiatives, including business expansion, process optimisation, and system enhancements. As a core member of the senior leadership team, you will contribute to business development discussions, strategic planning, and long-term value creation, particularly within a regulated healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Degree qualified with CPA (or equivalent) certification
- Minimum of 20 years’ post-qualification experience, with demonstrated finance leadership experience in progressive MNCs or sizeable organisations
- Experience in healthcare service sector will be highly advantageous
- Broad-based finance expertise with a strong strategic and commercial mindset
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams
- Executive maturity with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience engaging with Boards of Directors and senior leadership
- Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen
- IT-savvy, with hands-on exposure to ERP systems preferred
You are a proactive, hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership and a “can-do” attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical, as is the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, complex, and highly regulated healthcare services environment.
