InchFab is looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep experience in accounting and operational finance. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive our capital strategy, build investor confidence, and develop the financial infrastructure required for rapid and disciplined growth. This role is designed for a CFO who can operate as both the financial leader and a strong operational partner in a fast-paced startup environment covering multiple international locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Finance & Scalability (Primary Focus)
- Build and optimize financial operations across accounting, FP&A, and internal controls.
- Establish effective international operations (addressing location requirements of building fab lines, assembling lines and delivering to various countries - minimizing tariffs and various taxes).
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital planning and cost optimization to align financial plans with operational execution.
- Manage accounting for US and Singapore
- Manage (Coordinate) HR and Payroll worldwide
- Work closely with Operations for costs and cash management to align financial plans with operational execution.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Collaborate with the CEO to define short- and long-term financial plans and budgets.
- Prepare forward-looking projections, scenario models, and board-level analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Represent finance in leadership discussions, board meetings, and key company initiatives.
Regulatory, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with US and Singapore’s financial and regulatory requirements (IRAS, ACRA, MAS if applicable).
- Lead annual audits, tax filings, government reporting, and statutory obligations.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a scalable finance and operations team.
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational rigor across the organization.
Investor Relations
- Lead end-to-end non dilutive working capital fund raising.
- Develop compelling investor materials including pitch decks, financial models, datarooms, and due diligence packages.
- Manage investor communications, reporting, and updates, ensuring transparency and credibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms, banks, institutional partners, and government bodies (e.g., Enterprise Singapore).
- Advise the CEO and leadership team on capital strategy, valuation, deal structures, and runway optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments.
- Strong operational finance experience—comfortable building systems from scratch and optimizing processes at scale.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to influence, persuade, and inspire confidence across investors and internal teams.
