Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to support a fast-moving founder led business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys managing calendars and communications, and can confidently represent the founder on calls.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly from meetings and bookings to client communication and light social media coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendar, meetings, and bookings (internal & external)
- Act as a first point of contact on calls and messages when required
- Represent the founder professionally and confidently on client calls
- Coordinate follow ups, reminders, and action items
- Support social media workflows (basic understanding of LinkedIn, content scheduling, DMs)
- Keep operations organised across tools, emails, and documents
- Liaise with clients, partners, and collaborators
- Ensure smooth day to day execution so the founder can stay focused on growth
Who You’re Perfect For This If You- Are extremely organised and detail oriented
- Communicate clearly and professionally on calls and messages
- Have good social media awareness (especially LinkedIn)
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Are comfortable handling sensitive information
- Enjoy being close to decision-making and fast execution
Location & Working Style- Location: Canary Wharf, London
- Office based: 5 days a week
- Some flexibility once settled into the role
- Ability to overlap with US time zones when required
Salary & Benefits- £35,000+ per year
