Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Sales Operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales organization by optimizing processes, managing sales data and analytics, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools and technologies.
The Manager of Sales Operations will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization by optimizing processes, managing sales data and analytics, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools and technologies. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role will serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, driving operational excellence and enabling the sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. We are looking for a candidate based in California, but we are also open to candidates in the Southwest region of the United States.
Responsibilities/Duties-
Sales Process Optimization: Analyze, document, and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization

Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics

CRM & Technology Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of CRM and other sales tools, ensuring data integrity and user adoption

Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support accurate forecasting and pipeline management through data analysis and collaboration with sales leadership

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance against KPIs and quotas, providing regular updates and recommendations to the VP of Sales & Marketing

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations to align on go-to-market initiatives, lead management, and campaign analysis

Sales Compensation & Incentives: Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of sales compensation plans and incentive programs

Sales Enablement: Support onboarding and ongoing training for sales reps, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed

Project Management: Lead and participate in projects to implement new processes, tools, or initiatives that support sales growth and efficiency
Experience/Education:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role.

Background in construction, voltage is a big plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:-
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Q360, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience with process improvement and project management.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary range $90,000 to $140,000
