Overview
This is a B2B Sales / Business Development (Hunter) role — not a brand marketing role.
We are a Los Angeles–based apparel manufacturing and printing facility located in Baldwin Park, CA. We produce fast-turn custom apparel for promotional product distributors (ASI/SAGE), corporate buyers, and event organizations.
We are looking for a high-energy, quota-driven sales professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, closing deals, and building a pipeline from scratch.

What You’ll Do (Daily)
- Prospect and contact new distributor accounts (ASI / SAGE preferred)
- Identify and pitch corporate bulk apparel opportunities (uniforms, events, campaigns, merch)
- Handle inbound leads + aggressively follow up to close deals
- Manage RFQs, quoting, pricing, and deal negotiation
- Build and maintain a clean pipeline in CRM / Excel / Asana
- Schedule calls, send samples, and drive deals forward fast
- Work directly with production team to ensure smooth execution after closing
- Turn first-time orders into repeat accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing / wholesale / promotional / logistics preferred)
- Comfortable with outbound: email + phone + LinkedIn + follow-ups
- Strong communication skills (professional writing is required)
- Can manage multiple deals at the same time
- Not afraid of rejection — you follow up and close
- Must be able to commute to Baldwin Park, CA (on-site)
Strongly Preferred (Big Advantage)
- Promotional products industry experience
- ASI / SAGE distributor sales experience
- Experience with RFQs / quoting / B2B pricing
- Experience selling custom manufacturing services
- CRM experience (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce)
Compensation
Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000/year
Performance-based bonus potential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
