Premium Sales Operations Manager

I'm working with a leading sporting organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Premium Sales Operations Manager to join the business.
This role will be working across the commercial team, ensuring the seamless delivery of all customer journeys. This role will work directly with clients and a smooth delivery of all distribution and allocation for sporting events and premium experiences.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the commercial department to ensure the seamless delivery for premium experience areas and hospitality allocation
- Distribution of all ticketing and premium experience documentation. Being the main point of contact for clients and on hand to deal with any issues or queries
- Experience supporting system rollouts, process automation and operational management
- Working directly with the commercial and marketing departments across multiple projects
- Ensure that every part of the premium customer journey is supported by disciplined workflows, accurate and trusted data, and clear cross-functional ownership.
- Be hands on and able to deal with multiple areas including sales, client retention, strategy, finance management
Candidate Background:
- 3-4 years experience in a similar commercial operations roles
- Previous experience working within the hospitality or corporate industry and understanding of corporate hospitality in sport
- High personal accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Ability to work on event days across the calendar year
- Advanced experience using commercial systems (e.g. CRM, ticketing, finance, or workflow automation tools)
- Passion for the live events and sports industry
