Job Summary: The Sales Operations Coordinator is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant deal execution across the organization. This role supports deal registration, pricing, and order management processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company objectives. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver efficient, compliant, and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deal registration activities, including submission, tracking, validation, and coordination with sales and partner teams.
- Prepare pricing requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance with guidelines, and timely approvals.
- Assist the Sales team by inputting and maintaining vendor-provided opportunities in the CRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal sales processes.
- Ensure high data quality within the CRM, including data validation, cleansing, updates, and adherence to defined processes and standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Provide timely communication and support to internal stakeholders regarding deal, pricing, and order-related inquiries.
- Complete ad-hoc sales and financial analyses as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong data management and Microsoft/CRM (e.g., Quickbase, PowerBI, Excel) skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team success.

The posted range reflects our ability to hire at different titles and levels depending on background and experience.
