Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Los Angeles, CA. The role allows for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial planning, analyze financial data, and ensure effective financial management to support the organization’s goals. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, driving strategic financial initiatives, and collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning and expertise in Finance
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and a strategic mindset
- Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as a CFO or similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial regulations
